May the capital losses be with you, always. I find it best to sell down leading up to EOFY and buy back in at a lower sp that I sold at, with the same volume of shares you originally bought/sold. (e.g you bought at 22 cents, sold at 14 cents and bought back in at 5.8 cents).
You need to have capital to cover the losses and understand the chances of losing more money but hey, you save some money and can increase your holdings in the long term if you are right.
