You forgot to mention the gorilla Jose Luis Manzano on board as a sub holder I'm not sure he will be diluting his investment any time soon. With no Argentina exploration yet, there is plenty of upside potentially to be had from that project alone.
Plus we don't need Sigma at this stage.
