Just to be transparent - I'm not native Portuguese speaker. I'm Argentinian Spanish speaker but both languages have lots of similarities and I can understand from reading it.

I've gone through most of the documents in the process mentioned. Pretty much is the process to hand over the land from one owner to another. I did find the document where Jose Silva Lapa gave access to Salinas to the process 830833/2001 (which is a partial concession of the process 830.833/2001).


But within this documents there is a contract between Jose Silva Lapa and SALIT MINERAÇÃO LTDA (I tried to highlight the key words in case you want to get an idea):



Petty much is a contract were Jose Silva Lapa wishes to give away completely the land he owns and Salit Mineracao wishes to acquire this land.

This is not just the land on the west to our current tenements but also south and north:



In red are the tenements own by LRS. In blue are those tenements LRS has an agreement with the owner. In black and highlighted in yellow are the tenements mentioned in the contract with Jose Silva Lapa (huge!!!!). The contract only express the intention from both parties but they need to come to an agreement on the price. Now, I'm a bit surprised this is not reflected in any ASX announcement...

The document provided by @sledge52 only makes reference to the tenement 830833/2001 - so maybe they will negotiate each tenement one at the time but there is an option to acquire the rest of the land down the track. My understanding is we should hear about this before end of Jan.2023.

I will try to do a but more research and let you know if I find anything else.
