Yeah fact and a valid question. But where is the material conflict. There is not one at this stage. Nothing prevents this arrangement. I'll add that Kaolin/Halloysite comes in different sizes, quality and types, thus in future they may well be selling different products for different uses. Plus any conflict can be managed easily.
