For each of the last upgrades, there had been a significant amount of step out drilling (collars in locations that had not been explored). This is why there was potential for large tonnage increase previously.
This time around, all of the collars are within the JORC area (I.e. they are drilling in areas that have more or less already been explored).
The one caveat to this is what I mentioned in my main post (it’s very difficult to identify specific (smaller) areas of the existing JORC that may not have been included in the current block model due to lack of drilling at depth or along a boundary or instances where one of these new holes has found intercepts sufficiently wide to change the tonnage in the existing model).
Having said this, I’m also far less confident about estimating a number this time round (for the reasons above), whereas my estimates for the last few upgrades were close to spot on (ended up being within 10% of final result).
