Exactly! They can't prove it. I do trades all year and I do sell and buy the shares back during the year, so there's no way they can prove that it is Tax wash sell. If they come to me with the bill I will take them on, will defend myself like anything specifically when they're not addressing all these sins by big boys and decides to come after small investors.
