I agree ,WC8 is overvalued.
Its low grade, but large volume maybe??
I don't think there is even a JORC compliant MRE yet?
What the mapping on their last announcement showed was near vertical seams,
so an underground mine is certain which increases the costs big time.
I think it's marginal, unless prices climb a lot.
