The awarded shares are performance rights (I.e. they do not become shares until certain criteria are met).
CG can’t do anything with them unless LRS achieves the criteria defined by the board. The criteria is not made public but it’s likely to involve shareholder returns I.e. if you and I win through the SP then CG wins too.
