governments will not be able to control temperature. tech neither.
but givernments set tthe rules for innovation in greentech. noone invests in green energy ifvthe givernment is not giving active support.
or if they do, it must be really bad.
i hsve been working as advisor for the german government for sustainable finance.
our industry ( as many other industry) is more innovative than the government, but we cannot really transform without politics.
it is not an alternative, both stakeholders have to do their job to be successful.
