Yes I get that point Amaro.

3-4 years years ago the share price was 30 cents and if you look at the value price of Andalusite since that time it has actually gone up in value not down.

I realize a plant is going to cost $30 million at least and LRS has little chance of funding this unless of course PAC have some cornerstone investor buying up the stock .

I think a sale with a small 2% royalty would be sufficient to give the company a big pile of cash to focus on copper and other projects in Latin America , I just don't want to give it away because our share price is weak.

Shareholders spent $12m cash on Guado to drill and it was a successful result , the size of the JORC
    is 1.3 billion tonnes

On a 30m tonne plant , the tonnage would generate

310,000 tonne of Andalusite @ $400 per tonne
400,000 tonne of Magnetite @ $50 per tonne
50,000 tonne of Imenite @ $150 per tonne
5,000 tonne of Rutile @ 800 per tonne
8,000 tonne of Zircon @ 1,000 per tonne

This equates to $180m revenue per annum for 400 years

For me a sale is therefore nice for short term shareholders but for this e of us who backed the project for 5 years and paid over 20 cents for some stock , a fire sale would be a disaster and disappointing
