Yeah sure i get that, but nothing on ASIC rules that say they couldnt i meant.
So then the conspiracy theory is that there is less dilution with a CR at a higher SP than the oppies would bring in, and therefore a deliberate attempt to not exercise the options. I guess thats it....
BTW, when the options first came out, LRS issued them at a certain price or something? What was the go originally?
