I'm no expert, but I've always felt that it's best to wait until the last moment before converting options. I got caught with some that I've had to let expire. But that was better than converting them under the circumstances. I feel for those people who have. You have to wonder, if the options were so great, why did they hire a marketing company to do a ring around? I got two messages from them, didn't pick up because I was in meetings, wouldn't have made any difference anyway. Bit of a red flag to me right there.
