LRSOB - Options Underpriced

I am a bit confused why the LRSOB options are so underpriced. They have an exercise price of $0.010 (currently in the money) and an expiry date of Oct-2019. They have a theoretical valuation of about $0.0045 which is 50% higher than the ask price of $0.0030.

It looks like the placement that was done a while ago had attaching options. Those options were only given to investors during the AGM on the 19-Feb. It looks like those options were sent to investors in late Feb which would explain why the LRSOB price took a dive, as those investors would have just looked to have exited.

I think the LRSOB price is therefore artificially low, as the surplus from those investors selling is being worked through but results in a temporary price depression. Some money to be made if people want to pick some up at $0.003 and wait for the price to return back to its normal range of $0.004-0.005, which is where it was trading before those new options landed.
