Heads are the shares proper (LRS)
The only draw backs are that option holders can't participate in a captial raising, or a share issue.
That being said, if you exercise your opinions, it's normally done within 1-2 days which would normally be before the ex-date for a CR or SI so you'd still be able to participate if you exercised your options straight away when a CR or SI is announced.
