Yes plus 15m LRVO with 30 cents conversion by 1/12/24 PLUS there are 22m unlisted LRVO with same conversion terms. If all converted thats $11.5m in bank by 1/12/24.

LRVO are gaining traction given ability to buy at 12 cents today and convert at 20 cents by 1/12/24 and LRVO are mainly held by those that supported the IPO.

Past discussions on LRV was all about a 50 cents party when the SP achieved that level and that does not appear to be far away given recent developments in the PRC and a global shortage of ANTIMONY & demand for GOLD.

IMHO it will not be long before we have drilling reports and the DFS/BFS is released.

All eyes will be on the resource (& scale of mineralisation), price assumptions, offtakes (volume, term and pricing), capex and funding ($75m by debt - no dilution).

The Top 5 are unlikely sellers and same for T40 as most will have entered LRV at 30 cents or less.

If the free cash flow is say $175m per a number what will LRV do ... dividends could be 50cps per annumn & more.

With a potential LT mine life, LRV may deliver a very solid dividend flow over many years, noting always the vagaries of supply and demand.

LRV will likely double its reserve in its the DFS/BFS and replace what is mined annually if the orebody is extended in depth and length ... ans that is not to say that there are not other hot spots across the mining lease portfolio.

SXG may have a macrcap of $510m and LRV will match that at some time in the future ... LRV has 340m shares so that's $1.50 for LRV if marcap is $510m is achieved.

That said the potential for LRV to have a marcap that is a multiple of SXG if that is what people are discussing is not impossible ... it looks like a certainty in the next 2-3 years if not earlier.

If the above happens, it will take an almighty cash offer to win LRV.
