I know TMG had a positive announcement last week (While I haven't read announcement, what I gather from this forum, it seems positive). I don't know what the validity of any announcement with DTR is, from a fundamental viewpoint (long term), but looks like the announcement on 27th triggered current price action.
Short term technical indicators suggest both are likely to be overbought atm... relative to their recent trading patterns (i.e likely to experience short pull backs). Since I have not read any of the announcements, I have no idea how much impetus they would provide the current SP. So, they may still keep going up - don't consider this investment or trading advice - just statement of how I view things.
I do not personally subscribe to "ramping" without overwhelming evidence. Yes, entities with large chip stacks can put their thumbs on the scale. But if SP behaves in a pattern which can be explained with technical means, I tend to give that more weight (even if any "manipulation" may happen in a manner consistent with expected behavior).
