With some positive momentum , let me explain to new holders what potential LRVO has
firstly , understand it is a high risk play. High risk, super high rewards !
The basics are
30cent Call option expires 1/12/24
This means. The owner has the right (not the obligation) to buy LRV at 30c. Why is this interesting ? Because if LRV is trading at 1.00 by that date, you can buy a $1 stock at 30c!
Currently there is 100,000 LRVO options available to buy at 0.02. This will cost you $2000
If by expiry date, LRVO is worth 1.00. Then your 100,000 options will be worth $1.00 - 0.30 = $0.70 each. Your investment will be worth $70,000 (not bad for a $2k investment )
ok what if LRVO is only worth 0.50?
Then the value is only 0.50 - 0.30 = $0.20. And your 100,000 options worth $20,000
If LRVO doesn’t get to 30c by 1/12/24, then you lose it all
