Fairly sure you couldn't sell the options for 70c on the day before expiry if there's no discount, as there's no incentive for buyers and the options would still be 'out of the money' after fees. They would simply purchase LRV on market for $1.
I would say there'd be buyers lined up for the options as long as LRVO is in the money, should LRV be trading at $1. It depends on the market and how many options are available as to what price buyers will be in the market at, but it would be much less than 70c IMO.
