30% less?
ok think about this when LRV is at $2
if at 30% less LRVO would be $1.4
strike price is $0.3
so when you want to buy LRV you have to pay $2
but when you buy LRVO you only have to pay $1.4 today
and $0.3 before expiry so total cost for your share is $1.7
so you don't go by percentage, you work out the value of option by subtracing the strike price then +/- premium/discount.
30% less?ok think about this when LRV is at $2if at 30% less...
