Strike on the option is 30c. So what this means is that you have the RIGHT (option) to BUY LRV for 30c.
When LRV is $1, LRVO will be MINIMUM $0.70
When LRV is $2, LRVO will be MINIMUM $1.70
Between now and expiry there is whats called 'Option Premium', which is made up of things such as time to expiry, volatility of LRV, and to lesser extents interest rates.
Currently LRV is trading 0.26, and LRVO is trading 0.10. That 0.10 is pure premium.
If LRV jumps to 0.40, then there will be 0.10 of intrinsic value + premium.
