not really, because the expiry date is around end of next year
so when people are willing to pay 10c for LRVO they think that when the option expire the share should be higher than 40c.
and if the option is going to expiry very soon then it will be traded at 0.1c
it won't convert to LRV automatically, you need to get the form from automic and pay the conversion cost
