I do not hold SFR, but I do hold OZL, but I will try and be unbiased.
What the ASX release was doing was indicating that there is a small risk to the LS Nikko not going through and so SFR is keeping the market informed.
This may actually be a good thing for SFR. They can do a capital raising for the same value with less shares if it does fall over.
Will OZL to a t/o if LS Nikko do not get the shares? I do not know, but my thinking is not for a while yet.
