Just worked it out, it's 1 to 1. Very odd how there's such a big difference in price between the UK ($65) stock and Aust. stock ($73). UK Rio Tinto shares trading at a lower PE, and higher divvy yield than Aust shares but they are both exactly the same companies with the same assets !!
