Yes, did you see the extent of the work the 'construction works' approval was issues for...... electrical, plumbing, ducting & tiling.
Wouldn't have thought that would require $8m of cap raises and $5m from the Maltese Government to completeLooks like it has though.
It's a long way of the state of the art cultivation facility they originally announced and raised funds for. But hey, it will do to get the BOD their performance rights.
