if the MC goes higher than 50m US , this triggers a payment to GALP our previous JV partner from tangiers days of 5 million US dollars. This was part of the deal struck when the drill went way over budget and we didnt have the funds to pay our share in full.
that would put a big dent in the cash reserves, and if its paid with shares at say 2 or 3 cents then its a bucket
load of dilution.
