A few people spooked by the silence, which is good if you're keen to pick up some cheaper shares before official word is released that works have recommenced.
I'm working on the assumption that work has actually started back up as previously notified. Some people think that a company should update the market every time a valve is opened or a mound of snow has been shovelled.
