Go back to your chart and count, see how many shares exchanged hands within the 4 weeks during May 2018, compare that to what has been raised, you can figure that out.
Even though they managed to sell some, they still have millions of dollars in their hand. And that is nearly halved now! will they happy? No! Its way too cheap the share price, sellers are completely exhausted, it's easy to pull the share price back up really, if they allow their investment halved they are either stupid or they don't want their jobs.
Go back to your chart and count, see how many shares exchanged...
