DW was asked about the rebate i terms of cash flow and was as is DWs style to be laid back about it as it is not factored in.
The next step is will there be an appeal. I do not know what the timescale are for an appeal process.
There was a suggestion that if there is nit an appeal then the Bonds should be issued this Alaskan financial year and the rebates paid off in full with a ''hair cut'' unless companies are willing to run the rebate timescales.
In addition even with the recent retrace in POO. The Alaskan coffers have been receiving huge sums compared to where they were when the rebate programme got trimmed down.
I suspect we will get an update from the SOA on the process by end of Q1
