Exactly.
They would know nothing of the Charlie 1 well, as it's not yet been drilled.
Most likely those at 2.5c (it's only~16 mill when I last looked) are folks just derisking pre spud, no biggy, may also be some from the CR clearing out the cupboards.
Might even be a few that picked up some from the 1.2c bottom, hoping for a spike but happy to take the 100% gain
