The more significant news for 88e holders to the Alkaid Unit is the Talitha application as a numbers of the reservoirs in the Talitha unit may well stretch into 88e’s acreage. The next upgrade in particular may be of relevance as it’s the Kuparuk reservoir which 88e intersected in one of the Icewine wells. Previously some of the best reservoir has been shown to be close to the border of 88e/PANR’s acreage. I expect post upgrades the 3 Talitha Reservoirs will be >1.5B recoverable. If these stretch into the 88e acreage by only 5% you could be looking at a Yukon size discovery on the Highway for 88e. Not only that you could well get a ‘free drill’ at it this winter if PANR manage to get a farm out and drill this winter season.
