All discussed out in UK today, we have posters who can not differentiate between state and federal lands, leases and permits, NPRA and ANWR and comment without having read the RNS( ANN) etc.
I am hopeful a solution will be reached that will enable a timely spud particularly as snow road construction (which is part of the operational plan lodged with BLM so part of the project) has commenced, but I can well understand there are genuine concerns, but at the moment it is once again open season for the disingenuous.
