    OEL has about 9m$ cash an over 14m PARN shares..........which if parn do well would pay of any debt they have..........an pump out about 130k barrels of oil each quarter plus much gas..........an @ 008 are worth a punt.......it why many in oel watch what 88e are doing too.....an should be visa a versa
