Agree with the doc. During times of uncertainty the bigger players will lighten their portfolio and move to cash. Also the 3.5c cap raising price is acting as a magnet for the SP. I don't think it will get down to 3.5c unless chaos takes place on Russian invasion. High 3's looks like a certainty however.
