From the Placement RNS on AIM" Application for admission to trading on AIM
Applications will be made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM market operated by the London Stock Exchange plc ("AIM") ("Admission"). It is expected that settlement for the Placing Shares and Admission will take place on or around 8.00 a.m. London time on 14 February 2023 (or such other time and date as Cenkos may agree with the Company, but no later than 24 February 2023). The Placing is conditional upon, amongst other things, Admission becoming effective and the Placing Agreement not being terminated in accordance with its terms. "
