That’s a compelling argument. But why then the company chose to raise so much more than what’s required and at such a huge discount. Surely if the company is so confident then they would’ve raise a small amount at this stage and go for a second cr at a later stage, prior to the final results, at a much higher rate.

if I may make another point, leaving the placement to such a late stage, maybe an indication that they couldn’t find any parties to partner with and finally resigned to go at it alone, hence the desperation of offering a substantial discount.
