highly possible I agree.
No leaks from 88e or BEX, we know they are tight.
But, given this work on the seismics is probably being done by quite a few different people in Houston, half of Texas could have a whiff of any good news and be speaking to their oily buddies in London, which may give some support to the rise of the last few days. Some very big purchases happening. Not your normal mum and dad type buys IMO.
