LSE tonight, page-2846

Good clean out of the hand wringers today, that's exactly what you want to see at the start of a strong move.
I won't post a chart of the ASX , no need to give the mites a heads up, so here's one of the LSE.





There are two probable outcomes.
1- The RSI needs to back off to allow for wave two of three to complete. Which basically means we go sideways for a week or two.
2- The RSI stays in overbought territory and wave three starts to boogie, a solid push through 2.6 will be an indication that's underway and as you can see there is nothing of any real resistance until we hit 3.9.

I have left a lot off this chart to hopefully make it understandable and less confusing but both scenarios are saying up, its just the timing of the up that's foggy.
