It's commonly referred to as jealousy. All of us have the right to tax minimsation. Nothing you wrote evem mildly smells of evasion...actually the complete opposite! Sure you could divest yourself of all Oz assets overnight and be getting a sheetload better return o/seas...know plenty that have done it. Maybe that would make the self appointed Judge happier vis pay zero Australian tax....like our overseas corporation friends!
