If this turn out to be a super oil field with 3 billion barrels, it's not going to be a great deal to just sell and give it away; We can do a longer term profit sharing deal where investors may have a better outcome.
DW will have to do some clever dealing for himself and SH as well.
If there's more than 3 billions + barrels, then the deal should be leading to and connected to longer terms, partnership, royalties, etc, etc.
