Reckon they've learnt there lesson from past experience/s. Main concern is termites...but volume and the strong conviction by the 88E LT's keeps them in check as well...an unmatchable management doesn't hurt either...and then of course the play itself...a fairytale about to unfold! The rerate this time will be real...the flow guesswork will be taken out of the equation and presuming that happens...we're soaring into untested blue sky...throw in a jv on successful flow to test the conventional...can't imagine what the SP will hit and then add say a POO around 70+USD by year end...
That's why any tiny Trolls are going to be pressed...geez they've already started folding voluntarily! LOL.
