Like others said - I don't think PB would be happy taking such a small amount for his 7 years work on what he calls an extraordinary reservoir - the best he's seen.
I don't believe there would be a massive amount of work needed to further de-risk the acreage if that mean't getting at least that 60p if it wasn't offered initially.
