    Normal RNS, don't stress people

If you pump water (and chems/frac sand) into something, common sense tells you the first thing to come backout will be.........? Yes you guessed it WATER! The increasing salinity is simply an indication of the fluid in the reservoir starting to come back with the Frack water (Frac water is NOT saline). The reservoir is starting to flow. The HYDROCARBONS have already been proven at these depths with cores cut and retrieved to surface where the OIL oozed out. We are more concerned here that the reservoir will flow (we know the oilis there, just need toprove flow), which it is given the salinity, once it flows either with artificial lift (nitrogen stimulations now or for production ESP electric submersible pump in the future) then this well will be a success. All that fracking water is recovered back into their trucks, taken away and used on the next well! this is normal. More than 90 percent of flowback fluid – water that returns to the surface after fracturing – is being reused in the Marcellus region of Pennsylvania. I work in the oil industry, drilling and engieering side, the pay is good hence i've invested lots in here! i'm not worried.
