I have read most of the posts and not one mention of ships and they run on oil 25-30 years ago there were not many cruise ships now they are every where and also transporting freight all over the world.
Then you have Trains you would need some big batteries to travel across Australia no room for passengers.
I wonder how you would get recharge in the Arctic during the the dark 6 months have to be oil generation.
I would think the use of oil would be increasing in everything except cars.
