If it's not conspiracy, it's ultimate incompetence on the part of DW in drafting the Ann. Either way I don't have confidence on him in particular and the management overall. Though I have the confidence on the naivety of lots of investors and believe that SP would eventually move up leading up to 6 weeks shut in end date and will provide better opportunity to offload, hence position held
