DW doesn't owe you ****. If you don't have faith in his ability to manage the company and report accurately, invest elsewhere. You can't have faith in management only when it suits you and the sun is shining. And you can't blame Dave for a market of short termers looking to make a quick buck out of a long term play who are either impatient or playing with money they can't afford to lose and dump their shares at the first sign of a set back. How do I know you're being irrational? Because if the same announcement had produced no effect on the SP, you wouldn't be demanding answers. You're blaming the company for the market's reaction. Dave has no say in what kind of investors put their money into the company. It's not on him to appease their attention deficit disorder or sh**y investment strategy.

Comic relief when people invest in long term, high risk spec stocks and get pissy when things don't go their way in a short time period.
