The paper work has to be posted and then processed, does this really take 2 seconds?
The heads price is fluid there is no guarantee that the $20k advantage will be available by the time the exercise occurs and the heads are available for sale.
Dont try and fool yourself to think you can quickly convert the options and gain the price advantage in an instance.
