Brom.. Am thinking a bit deeper into it.. The bill was for the 1002 area of ANWR, which covers 1.57milliom acres, with potential 10bill barrels oil and 35 TcF gas.. BUT... More facts.. Only 2000 acres of surface development would be allowed !! AND... More facts.. The undeformed part of 1002 area which lies on westerm pocket of 1002 area and bounds up against Regenerate and Exxon turf, has estimated 6billion of the 10billion oil.. On top of this. In the most western part of 1002 area is the Canning river which is supposed to be the actual boundary of ANWR and the state lands.. This is a triangle pocket right along the Regenerate and Exxon turf eastern boundary.. So there is scope here for an interesting solution all around..
