The only reason I was surprised was because Dave categorically ruled out any further CR by way of more share issuance. And you are correct the timing was inline with all the past CRs, and Dave knew that, most importantly holders were onto it, that’s the reason Dave resorted to mislead. That’s why my research didn’t help on this occasion

I don’t know about you, but it’s safe to say most holders would’ve been surprised by the latest CR.

Sorry to say, I don’t necessarily believe it if you state that you had anticipated the recent CR.

Personally I’m in plenty of green atm.

Anyways the point here is not about CR, it’s about people learn and be willing to question and criticise. If something stinks then call it BS. Don’t just accept whatever crap being thrown around.

Also give others a chance to express their views.

It seems posters on here who taunt and deride others all day suddenly become hyper sensitive when they don’t agree with a post.
