If you are using currency exchange for GBP instead of GBX, that is no different from using USD instead of AUD. It is very silly...
This is a very simple thing so unsure why it is difficult to grasp.
The ASX price equivalent for the LSE is 0.01274 instead of 0.0136 AUD, which is a huge difference at low denominations
