yes, it will drop a bit eventually, but I m very confident it will ramp up tomorrow, end up about 0.83-0.87.
the announcement clearly shows more news on the way in short terms, the material impact would be the independent evaluation report, which will give clear indication how much the prize would be !! after that, the price would be solid above 10 cents, get build up slowly in a long run, thats my forecast!
